🌈 Playtime FAQ: Everything You Need to Know

We can’t wait to host your next playdate! To keep our playground safe and sparkling clean for your little ones, here are the answers to our most common questions.

🕒 The Basics: When & How Long?

• How does playtime work?
  Each pass gives your explorer 2 hours of non-stop fun! Tickets are required for children ages 1 to 8. To ensure everyone has room to move, we kindly ask for a limit of 2 adults per child.
• When can we come play?
  We are open Monday through Sunday, 9:30 am – 7:30 pm.
• Do you offer memberships?
  Yes! If your little one can’t get enough, our Monthly & Annual Memberships or Multi-Visit Punch Passes are the best way to save. Ask us at the front desk for details!

👶 Age-Appropriate Fun

• What ages are welcome?
  Our playground is specifically designed for kiddos ages 1 to 8.
• Is there a spot for tiny explorers?
  Absolutely! We have a designated soft-play zone just for non-walking infants so they can explore safely away from the "big kids."
• Can older siblings join?
  While our equipment is built for those 8 and under, older siblings are welcome to join the family fun and play gently with their younger brothers and sisters.

🧦 Health & Safety (The Important Stuff)

• The Grippy Sock Rule:
  To keep our floors hygienic and little toes safe, grippy socks are required for everyone (including adults!). Forget yours? No worries—we have cute pairs available for purchase at the desk.
• Supervision:
  We love seeing parents engage! While our team is always around to help, active parental supervision is required at all times. Plus, you get the best seat in the house to watch them grow!
• Keeping it Healthy:
  If your little one has a fever, cough, or tummy bug, please keep them home to rest. We’ll be here with open arms once they are 100% better!
• Waivers:
  Safety first! Every child needs a signed waiver on file before they can jump into the fun.

🥨 Food, Drinks & Comfort

• Can we bring snacks?
  Playing is hungry work! You are welcome to bring drinks and pre-packed snacks to enjoy in our designated seating area. To keep our play equipment clean, please keep all food, drinks, and gum out of the play zones.
• Strollers & Gear:
  We have room for strollers in our common areas, but we keep the play zones "wheels-free" to ensure there's plenty of room for running feet.
• Amenities:
  We offer Free Wi-Fi for parents and a baby changing station in our restroom for your convenience.

📝 Quick Rules for a Great Visit

• Dress Code: Comfortable play clothes are best! Please avoid loose strings or jewelry that might get caught.
• Toy Policy: We provide all the toys and balls needed for a great time, so please leave home toys at home to prevent them from getting lost.
• Departure: We’ll give you a friendly 10-minute "heads up" before your session ends so you have time to gather your gear and say goodbye to the slides!
