Party Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations & Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
- Reservations must be done at least two weeks prior to your event date .
- The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the party.
- Party bookings can be made online only,
2. Arrival & Setup
- Party hosts may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled party time for setup.
- Early access to the party room is not guaranteed unless purchased as an add-on.
- Decorations must be safe and easy to remove (no confetti, glitter, or wall-damaging adhesives).
3. Guest Limits
- Each package includes a set number of children.
- Additional children will incur an extra charge per child.
- Adults are welcome, but capacity limits must be respected for safety reasons.
4. Supervision
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising all children attending the party.
- Children must follow all playground rules and staff instructions at all times.
5. Waivers
- All children must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian to participate in activities.
- No exceptions.
6. Food & Drinks
- We allow outside drinks, food and snacks but have to be previously approved by a team member (please keep it easy and not very messy food, nuts free please).
- All food and drinks must remain in designated eating areas.
- No alcohol is allowed .
7. Clean-Up & Damages
- We will assist you in packing up your things and we’ll take care of the rest.
- The Party hosts are responsible for any excessive damage to equipment, furniture, or the facility caused by their party guests.
8. Safety & Health
- Socks are required for all children and adults in play areas.
- Sick children or adults should not attend.
- Kids lil town are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from unsafe play or lack of supervision.
9. Time Management
- 1 hour and 30 minutes of playtime in the playground 30 minutes in the party room for food and cake.
- Parties must start and end at the scheduled times to allow preparation for the next event.
- Staying beyond your reserved time may result in additional charges if the space is available.
- Party rooms must be vacated promptly at the end of your allotted period.
10. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. We know life happens. Your non-refundable deposit secures your date and is then applied to your balance.
- With 14+ days’ notice, you may reschedule once without a fee to any available date/time.
- Within 14 days, payments are transferable only if we can rebook your slot.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.
11. Photography & Media
- Kids lil town may take photos for marketing purposes. If you prefer no photos, please inform our staff upon arrival.
