• You can complete our waiver at home now, then when you arrive at the playground tell our staff to lookup your waiver!
• Be sure to list each child who will be attending.
• Sign the waiver on your phone using your finger. On a PC use the pen tool.

The "Play Safe" Agreement

We are so excited to have you here! Before the fun begins, we just need to make sure we’re all on the same page about safety. By signing this, you’re helping us keep Kids Lil Town a happy, safe place for everyone.

1. Play Can Be Bumpy! (Assumption of Risk) We’ve built this playground for fun, but active play always comes with a little risk. Kids run, jump, climb, and sometimes bump into things (or each other!). By playing here, you understand that accidents—like slips, trips, or bumps—can happen, and you accept those risks for yourself and your child(ren).

2. Watch Your Little Ones (Supervision) Our staff is here to keep the facility clean and safe, but you are the superhero in charge of your child. Please keep an eye on them at all times. If you see them breaking a safety rule, please step in to help us out!

3. We’re In This Together (Release & Liability) We do our best to maintain a safe environment. In exchange for using the playground, you agree not to hold Kids Lil Town (or our amazing team) responsible for any injuries or lost items during your visit. You also agree to cover any costs if medical help is needed for your child.
